About me.

Hello, my name is Elizabeth/Lizzie (she/they), a qualified integrative counsellor and psychotherapist offering short-term and open-ended one to one therapy in London. I practise online via Zoom or in person from my therapy space in East London (E10).
I hold a BSc in Integrative Counselling from the University of East London which is accredited by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am also a registered member of the BACP and abide by thier ethical framework.
Previously, I have volunteered with WeStand (formerly known as MOSAC), a charity in south London working specifically with family members impacted by child sexual abuse, in addition to volunteering with a low-cost counselling service in Hackney.
My bachelor research focussed on kinky clients’ experience of counselling and I have a keen interest in this client group. In my practice, I work in a non-judgemental, affirmative and sex-positive way with individuals of all sexual identities, including the LGBTQIA+ community and those who engage in non-conformative sexual practices and relationships.
Prior to training as a psychotherapist, I worked in several different helping professions including working with survivors of domestic violence and mentoring at-risk young people.
